VPRS 10750 Court of Petty Sessions Gold Buyer's Register

Under the Gold Buyers Act 1901 and the subsequent Act of 1907 a register of judgments on applications was to be maintained by the Clerk of Court of Petty Sessions. Information contained in the register included: - date of the hearing, - name, occupation and address of the applicant, - particulars of the application including the nature (new or for a renewal of a licence), the district in which the licence was available and the situation of the tenement where the licence would be exercised, - details of the dates of publication of statutory notices, - name, residence, occupation and municipality of ratepayers certifying the character of the applicant, - police officer certifying the applicant, the justice ruling on the application, the decision and any remarks.

依据1901年《黄金购买者法案》（Gold Buyers Act 1901）及后续1907年法案的规定，小额诉讼法院书记员需维护一份申请判决登记册。该登记册包含以下信息：听证会日期；申请人的姓名、职业及地址；申请详情（包括性质：新申请或执照续期、执照适用地区、执照行使的物业位置）；法定通知发布日期的详情；证明申请人品格的纳税人姓名、住所、职业及所属市；证明申请人的警官；裁决申请的法官；决定及任何备注。
