Conidiophore length data

To measure conidiophore length, strains inoculated into 1 cm2 blocks of complete medium on microscope slides as described by Larone (1995). Conidiophores were photographed at 400 x magnification after growth at 37oC on microscope slides. Measurements were carried out using the ImageJ program (http://rsbweb.nih.gov/ij/).

为测定分生孢子梗（conidiophore）长度，参照Larone（1995）的实验方法，将菌株接种于载玻片上的1平方厘米完整培养基块中。待菌株于37℃下在载玻片表面培养生长后，以400倍放大倍率拍摄分生孢子梗的显微照片。所有长度测量均通过ImageJ软件（http://rsbweb.nih.gov/ij/）完成。
