本研究以猪粪浆为进料基质启动一台厌氧反应器,运行水力停留时间(Hydraulic Retention Time, HRT)为15天。过高的有机负荷率(Organic Loading Rate, OLR)引发了时长为4个水力停留时间的抑制阶段。待系统稳定后,实现了预期的375 mL/g挥发性悬浮固体(Volatile Suspended Solids, VS)的生物甲烷生产潜力。微生物群落分析结果表明,以猪粪浆为底物时无需进行接种操作。
