本研究以猪粪浆为进料基质启动一台厌氧反应器，运行水力停留时间（Hydraulic Retention Time, HRT）为15天。过高的有机负荷率（Organic Loading Rate, OLR）引发了时长为4个水力停留时间的抑制阶段。待系统稳定后，实现了预期的375 mL/g挥发性悬浮固体（Volatile Suspended Solids, VS）的生物甲烷生产潜力。微生物群落分析结果表明，以猪粪浆为底物时无需进行接种操作。
