本数据集采集自棕褐雨蛙(Scinax fuscovarius)的卵、蝌蚪及成体暴露于纯草甘膦(glyphosate)与农达Transorb R(Roundup Transorb R)制剂后的实验样本。所评估的生物标志物包括:组织结构破坏(tissue architecture loss, AL)、黑素巨噬细胞中心(melanomacrophage centers, MMC)、超氧化物歧化酶活性(superoxide dismutase activity, SOD)、过氧化氢酶活性(catalase activity, CAT)、脂质过氧化(lipid peroxidation, LPO)、总蛋白含量(total protein, TP)与心率(heart rate, HR);半数抑制浓度(IC50)仅适用于卵阶段样本。
