Gene expression profile of inflorescence at early developmental stage

Gene expression profiling of infrorescence was performed to obtain overall signature of transcriptome at early developmental stages of inflorescence. After the reproductive stage transition, inflorescence samples corresponding to the early stages of development were collected based on the size. We obtained inflorescence samples ranging from 0.6 to 10 mm in two replicates representing 8 stages in inflorescence development. A total of 16 microarray data were obtained.

为解析花序早期发育阶段的转录组（transcriptome）整体特征，本研究对花序样品开展了基因表达谱分析。在完成生殖阶段转换后，研究人员依据样品尺寸收集了对应早期发育阶段的花序样品。本研究收集了长度介于0.6至10毫米之间的花序样品，每个发育阶段设置两个生物学重复，共计覆盖花序发育的8个阶段，最终共获得16组微阵列芯片（microarray）数据。
