采取湿地松1年生针叶束, 将叶束基部用利刀切除, 经萘乙酸水溶液处理后, 置于水培营养液中, 在适宜温度和光照条件下, 培养60天左右, 即可完成针叶束的生根过程, 生根率达80-95%。然后, 将叶束生根苗移入苗圃, 经培养管理成苗, 移栽成苗率达80%以上。该针叶束进行繁殖育苗技术也可用于马尾松、火炬松等松树的针叶束育苗。

Take 1-year-old needle bundles of slash pine (Pinus elliottii), cut the base of each needle bundle with a sharp knife, treat the cut base with naphthalene acetic acid (NAA) aqueous solution, then transfer the treated needle bundles to hydroponic nutrient solution, and cultivate them under suitable temperature and light conditions for approximately 60 days to complete the rooting process. The rooting rate of this method ranges from 80% to 95%. Subsequently, transplant the rooted needle bundle seedlings to a nursery, grow them into healthy seedlings through proper cultivation and management, and the transplanting survival rate exceeds 80%. This needle bundle propagation and seedling raising technology is also applicable to the needle bundle seedling raising of other pine species such as Masson pine (Pinus massoniana) and loblolly pine (Pinus taeda).
