TAP1 - Chromatograms - rs1135216

The DNA of mononuclear cells from the peripheral blood of patients, infected or not by HPV, were extracted by DNAzol (R), the promoter region of the TAP1 gene was amplified with specific primers by conventional PCR and sequenced to detect the  rs1135216  polymorphism, generating chromatograms through of the ABI3500 Genetic analyzer platform

本研究提取感染人乳头瘤病毒（Human Papillomavirus, HPV）与未感染HPV的患者外周血单个核细胞的脱氧核糖核酸（DNA），提取试剂采用DNAzol®；通过特异性引物，以常规聚合酶链式反应（Polymerase Chain Reaction, PCR）扩增TAP1基因的启动子区域，随后进行测序以检测rs1135216多态性位点；测序过程依托ABI3500基因分析仪平台完成，最终生成测序色谱图。
