Ressourcenorientierte Beratung - Konzeptionelle und methodische Überlegungen Counselling and resources – Conceptual and methodical considerations

Ressourcen sind in der psychosozialen Praxis und Psychotherapie in den letzten Jahren zu einem vielfach diskutierten Thema, geradezu einem Zauberwort geworden. In den Überlegungen zu einem eigenständigen psychosozialen Beratungsverständnis - jenseits von Psychotherapie - stellt die Orientierung an den Stärken und Potenzialen von Menschen eine zentrale Dimension dar. Der Blick konzentriert dabei nicht auf die personalen Ressourcen, wie in den meisten psychotherapeutischen Ressourcenansätzen, sondern auf die Interaktion zwischen den individuellen Kräften und Stärken einer Person und den kontextbezogenen Ressourcen, die vor allem über das sozialen Netzwerk vermittelt werden. Zur Realisierung dieser interaktionistischen Sichtweise greift Beratung auf verschiedene Methoden und Strategien psychotherapeutischer Schulen, der narrativen Psychologie und der Gemeindepsychologie zurück. Handlungsleitend im Sinne eines integrativen Konzepts ist dabei die Empowermentperspektive. The orientation towards human strength and potientials can be considered as a central dimension within the reflections about an independent psychosocial understand of counselling apart the field of psychotherapy. The point of view connected therewith is not only fixed on personal resources as it mostly the case within the methods of psychotherapy but also on the interaction between the individual strength and abilities and the resources regarding the context which is mainly arranged by the social network. In order to realize this interactive view counselling makes use of different methods and strategies according to schools of psychotherapy, especially narrative psychology and community psychology. 近年来，资源（resources）在社会心理实务（psychosocial practice）与心理治疗（psychotherapy）领域已成为广受热议的话题，甚至俨然成为了一个"魔法词汇"。在构建独立于心理治疗领域的社会心理咨询理论框架时，以人类优势与潜能为导向是核心维度之一。该视角并未像多数心理治疗资源取向方法那样仅聚焦于个体自身资源，而是关注个体自身力量与优势，以及主要通过社会网络（social network）传递的情境性资源之间的互动关系。为落实这一互动主义视角，心理咨询会借鉴不同心理治疗流派、叙事心理学（narrative psychology）与社区心理学（community psychology）的多种方法与策略。在整合式理论框架的构建中，增权（empowerment）视角是核心指导方向。关键词：咨询（counselling）、资源（resources）、增权（empowerment）、社会网络（social network）、叙事心理学（narrative psychology）。
