资源简介:

This dataset contains the imported unprocessed EEG recordings from the sensorimotor TMS task used in the analyses of "Effects of Alertness on Perceptual Detection and Discrimination". The EEG data were originally collected in Noreika et al. (2017, bioRxiv preprint): "Alertness fluctuations during task performance modulate cortical evoked responses to transcranial magnetic stimulation" (https://doi.org/10.1101/155754). The final peer-reviewed version was published as Noreika et al. (2020, NeuroImage): "Alertness fluctuations when performing a task modulate cortical evoked responses to transcranial magnetic stimulation" (https://doi.org/10.1016/j.neuroimage.2020.117305). The dataset includes recordings from 17 participants, with each subject completing 520 trials of single-pulse TMS. The files are .eeg format (Brain Vision) with associated .vhdr and .vmrk metadata files. The coding is as follows: 'S101' - 'S109' : – nine TMS intensities; 'S 8': – no perception of hand movement; 'S 4' – perception of hand movement.
