This dataset focuses on cavitating bubble patterns, noise signals, and laser holographic images of an HSP II five-bladed composite propeller (carbon fiber-reinforced epoxy, diameter 0.25 m, scale ratio 14.4) under non-uniform flow conditions. Collected in the K15 cavitation tunnel (SSSRI) with a customized wake generator (wake fraction: 0.014–0.576), the data were acquired via a synchronized multifield measurement system (high-speed camera: 3780 Hz; pressure sensor: 20480 Hz sampling rate) and a 532 nm laser digital inline holography (DIH) system (lateral resolution 16.67 μm, axial resolution 10 mm). Experiments were conducted at a fixed rotational speed of 21 rps, thrust coefficient KT=0.2, and cavitation number (covering non-cavitation, tip vortex cavitation, sheet cavitation, and cloud cavitation regimes). The dataset includes high-speed images/videos of macroscopic cavitation morphologies, time-series pressure noise signals, and DIH images.
