Testing the efficiency of different extraction methods in BALF samples

This project contents 16S amplicon based microbial profiles of BALF samples from CF kids and COPD adults. Matched equal volume aliquots from these biological specimens were processed with different extraction protocols.

本项目包含来自囊性纤维化（Cystic Fibrosis, CF）儿童与慢性阻塞性肺疾病（Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease, COPD）成人的支气管肺泡灌洗液（Bronchoalveolar Lavage Fluid, BALF）样本的基于16S扩增子的微生物群落特征谱。将取自上述生物样本的等体积匹配等分试样，采用不同的提取规程进行处理。
