CD40 analysis at sciatic nerve

Multi-channel confocal imaging captures CD68 macrophage staining, Cluster of differentiation 40 (CD40) staining and the NIRF signal from nanomedicine. Macrophages are counted and the concurrent channel data is used to calculate those macrophages that are also positive for CD40 and nanomedicine.

多通道共聚焦成像（Multi-channel confocal imaging）可采集分化簇68（CD68）巨噬细胞染色、分化簇40（Cluster of differentiation 40，CD40）染色以及纳米药物的近红外荧光（NIRF）信号。研究人员将对巨噬细胞进行计数，并利用同步采集的多通道数据，计算出同时呈CD40阳性与纳米药物阳性的巨噬细胞数量。
