A. loripes samples were collected from Trunk Reef on the Great Barrier Reef. High–molecular weight DNA was extracted from frozen sperm and genomic DNA was recovered. Genome size and heterozygosity were estimated. RNA was extracted from a single nubbin, and quality was assessed.The genome of the coral Acropora loripes was assembled and explored for alternative cysteine biosynthesis pathwaysAll sequencing data were deposited to NCBI and can be found under the BioProject accession PRJNA660608. A. loripes样本采集自大堡礁(Great Barrier Reef)的Trunk Reef。从冷冻精子中提取高分子量DNA(High–molecular weight DNA)并回收基因组DNA。估算了基因组大小和杂合度。从单个珊瑚虫小块(nubbin)中提取RNA并评估其质量。
对鹿角珊瑚(Acropora loripes)基因组进行了组装,并探索了其替代半胱氨酸生物合成途径。
