Biofilm plasmidome. Plasmidome from hospital's sewers biofilm

The dataset includes 1 hospital biofilm plasmidome sample collected in June 2015 at CHU Gabriel Montpied sewers in Clermont-Ferrand (France). Biofilm was formed for 3 months and the extraction was enriched in plasmids. Paired-end reads (2x150pb) sequencing was done twice with an Illumina HiSeq. The cleaned reads were assembled with Megahit. The assembly was analyzed with PlasSuite (https://github.com/meb-team/PlasSuite).

本数据集包含1份医院生物膜质粒组样本，该样本于2015年6月采自法国克莱蒙费朗的加布里埃尔·蒙皮耶大学医院（CHU Gabriel Montpied）下水道系统。该样本的生物膜培养周期为3个月，且提取过程针对质粒进行了富集。采用Illumina HiSeq测序平台完成两次双端读段（2×150 pb）测序。经质量控制清理后的读段使用Megahit软件完成组装。组装结果通过PlasSuite工具（https://github.com/meb-team/PlasSuite）进行分析。
