Epidemiology of Asymptomatic Carriage of Neisseria Meningitidis in Norway, 1989

The aim of the project was to study the extensiveness and causes of carrier conditions among the pathogens Neisseria meningitides clones. It was carried out personal interviews and postal questionnaires among children and youth in the age 7-20 years in Oslo, Bergen, Trondheim, Stavanger and Kristiansand, all together 946 persons.
