本研究旨在鉴定两类病毒粒子中包装的病毒转录本：一类为BCBL1细胞（BCBL1 cells）产生的病毒粒子，另一类为携带BAC36细菌人工染色体（Bacterial Artificial Chromosome, BAC）的293L细胞（293L cells）所产生的病毒粒子；随后从上述病毒粒子中提取RNA，并通过RNA测序（RNA sequencing）完成分析。
