The study focused on the enrichment, isolation, identification, and characterization of core gut bacterial groups in honeybees, Apis indica and Apis mellifera.Bacteria were isolated and enumerated using various media and DNA extraction and PCR amplification were conducted for broad bacterial identification and the identified bacterial species were subjected to enzyme assays

本研究聚焦于印度蜜蜂（Apis indica）与西方蜜蜂（Apis mellifera）的核心肠道菌群的富集、分离、鉴定及表征。研究人员采用多种培养基对细菌进行分离与菌落计数，并通过DNA提取、聚合酶链式反应（PCR）扩增实现广谱细菌鉴定，随后对所鉴定得到的细菌物种开展酶活性测定实验。
