本研究旨在比较强直性脊柱炎（ankylosing spondylitis, AS）男女患者体内IL-17通路的差异效应分子。实验总体设计如下：从健康对照个体与AS患者体内分离外周血单个核细胞（peripheral blood mononuclear cells, PBMCs），经CytoSim刺激4小时后，通过IL-17富集目标细胞，提取总RNA，随后对所有样本进行RNA测序（RNA-seq）。
