High-throughtput sequencing of human Fyn SH2 domain by phage display technology

To select SH2 sequences against the pTyr peptide we conducted four rounds of phage display panning. The synthetic input library for panning contained a fixed framework with fixed Fyn SH2 domain sequences except for eight amino acid positions.

为筛选靶向磷酸酪氨酸肽（pTyr peptide）的SH2序列，我们开展了四轮噬菌体展示淘选实验。本次淘选所用的合成输入文库采用固定框架，其Fyn SH2结构域（SH2 domain）序列除八个氨基酸位点外均为固定序列。
