To dissect the gene regulatory networks operating during soybean embryo development, we identified the binding sites genome-wide for transcription factor GLYMA.04G093300 in early maturation embryos using ChIP-seq. Identification of GLYMA.04G093300 binding sites in soybean embryos at the early maturation stage. ChIP and total chromatin controls (input) were obtained for two biological replicates, using two different antibodies. A total of 6 samples were sequenced using the Illumina HiSeq2500 platform.
为解析大豆胚胎发育过程中的基因调控网络,本研究通过染色质免疫共沉淀测序(ChIP-seq)技术,在大豆早期成熟胚胎中完成全基因组范围内转录因子GLYMA.04G093300的结合位点鉴定。本研究核心目标为鉴定大豆早期成熟胚胎中GLYMA.04G093300的结合位点。实验采用两种不同抗体,完成两次生物学重复的染色质免疫共沉淀(ChIP)实验与全染色质对照(Input)样本的制备。最终共获取6份样本,并通过Illumina HiSeq2500测序平台完成测序。
