Data set of organic fertilizer raw materials and commercial organic fertilizer Tetracyclines in Inner Mongolia in 2020

Organic fertilizer production is mainly based on animal manure raw materials, which is also an important source of antibiotic-contaminated soil. In this study, 116 animal manure raw materials including sheep manure and cow manure as the main raw materials and commercial organic fertilizers using them as the main raw materials were collected in different areas of Inner Mongolia, including 74 organic fertilizer raw materials and 42 finished products. The content of four kinds of tetracyclic antibiotics was detected to evaluate the possibility of tetracyclic antibiotics risk in different livestock and poultry feces and different regions, and to provide a basis for the safety risk monitoring and evaluation of organic fertilizers in our district. Results: The detection rate of oxytetracycline was 8.62%, tetracycline 10.34%, aureomycin 10.34%, strong toxin 1.72%, commercial organic fertilizer aureomycin 2.58% and doxycycline 0.86%, and the detection rate of raw antibiotics was higher than that of commercial organic fertilizer. 有机肥生产主要以动物粪便为核心原料,此类原料亦是土壤抗生素污染的重要源头之一。本研究于内蒙古自治区不同区域采集了116份样本,其中包括以羊粪、牛粪为主要原料的动物粪便原料,以及以此类原料制备的商品有机肥,涵盖74份有机肥原料与42份成品有机肥。本研究通过检测4种四环素类抗生素(tetracyclic antibiotics)的含量,旨在评估不同畜禽粪便及不同区域样本中四环素类抗生素的污染风险,为我区有机肥的安全风险监测与评估提供科学依据。结果显示:氧四环素(oxytetracycline,即土霉素)检出率为8.62%,四环素(tetracycline)为10.34%,金霉素(aureomycin)为10.34%,强霉素(strong toxin)为1.72%;商品有机肥中金霉素检出率为2.58%,多西环素(doxycycline)为0.86%。原料样本的抗生素检出率高于商品有机肥,我区商品有机肥的四环素类抗生素污染风险较低。
