This record contains Supplementary Table S1 accompanying the manuscript “From Readable to Executable: A Governance Stress Test of Translation Variants under Generative AI in WHO Traditional Chinese Medicine Terminology Standards.” The table presents the complete item-level dataset for the 80 sampled terms, including the in-standard English candidate variants, Q1 selected renderings, Q2 model-generated justifications, and Q3 stated-stability outputs. The candidate variants were identified from the WHO International Standard Terminologies on Traditional Chinese Medicine (2007, 2022), while the Q1–Q3 outputs were generated as part of the present study.
