Identification of genes dysregulated in maoto-treated human cells. Homo sapiens

To identify genes downregulated by the treatment of maoto, a chinease traditional medicine, HepAD38.7 cells, a hepatitis B viurs-inducible cell line, were treated with 100 ?g/ml of maoto extract for 9 days. The total RNA was extracted from the cells and subjected to RNA-seq analysis.

为鉴定中药麻黄汤（maoto）处理后下调的基因，本研究以100 μg/ml的麻黄汤提取物处理乙型肝炎病毒诱导型细胞系HepAD38.7细胞，处理时长共计9天。随后提取细胞总RNA，开展RNA测序（RNA-seq）分析。
