WGS and RNAseq of grapevines infected with trunk diseases

We explore the of use metagenome and metatranscriptome sequencing data to create in planta species profiles and monitor virulence activities of plant pathogen communities associated with grapevine trunk disease of plants under commercial vineyard and controlled conditions.
