Summary: Salmonella enterica serovar Typhimurium strain 14028s transcriptome response to DS soil suspension (DS) and suspension of autoclaved DS soil (DA) compared to minimal medium (MM). Purpose: Salmonella mRNA profile, when grown in different media was compared to minimal medium to reveal environment specific transcriptional changes. Methods: mRNA profiles were generated using Illumina HiSeq in triplicates. The sequences were analysed using Bowtie2 followed by Cufflinks. mRNA profiles of Salmonella were generated using Illumina HiSeq in triplicates.
摘要:鼠伤寒沙门氏菌(Salmonella enterica serovar Typhimurium)菌株14028s在DS土壤悬液(DS)、高压灭菌DS土壤悬液(DA)与基础培养基(minimal medium, MM)中的转录组响应特征。目的:将沙门氏菌在不同培养基中生长时的mRNA表达谱与基础培养基(MM)进行比对,以揭示环境特异性的转录变化。方法:先后两次采用Illumina HiSeq平台完成三次生物学重复,以生成沙门氏菌的mRNA表达谱;序列分析先通过Bowtie2进行序列比对,随后采用Cufflinks完成后续处理。
