Severe COVID-19 Patient Cohort Clinical History

This dataset contains the patient history for the severe COVID-19 patient cohort analysed in "Low-coverage whole genome sequencing for a highly selective cohort of severe COVID-19 patients".All data has been anonymised and all links between the identity of patients and the datasets shared were removed. 本数据集包含了《针对重症新型冠状病毒肺炎（COVID-19）患者高筛选队列的低覆盖度全基因组测序》（Low-coverage whole genome sequencing for a highly selective cohort of severe COVID-19 patients）一文所分析的重症新型冠状病毒肺炎患者队列的患者病史数据。所有数据均已完成匿名化处理，且已移除患者身份与共享数据集之间的全部关联信息。所有患者均已被告知研究相关事宜，并签署了书面自愿知情同意书。相关研究材料可参阅：https://doi.org/10.25452/figshare.plus.c.6347534
