Data: NK-like T cells in antiviral CD8+ T-cell responses during chronic viral infection and liver disease

Own processed single-cell RNA-seq and scTCR-seq data (Seurat objects) supporting a study of NK-like T cells sustaining antiviral CD8+ T-cell responses during chronic viral infection and liver disease (Symeonidis et al., manuscript in preparation). Publicly re-used external datasets are NOT included here; see the manuscript's data-availability statement (e.g. GEO GSE195937). Analysis code: https://github.com/AG-Abdullah/Symeonidis_etal.
