Survey raw data (High Performance Work Practices and R&D Project Performance)

This data contains measurement items on R&amp;D project performance and six dimensions of innovation-enhancing high performance work practices (HPWP). The six dimensions are HPWP-oriented employee recruitment, training and development, performance appraisal, rewards and compensation, employee participation; and job design. Data was collected via printed self-administered questionnaire.<br>Survey respondents- R&amp;D project leaders and members who are employees of government research institutes (GRI), universities, private R&amp;D companies, and R&amp;D units within companies. <br>

本数据集涵盖研发（Research and Development，R&D）项目绩效以及六大维度的创新赋能型高绩效工作实践（High Performance Work Practices，HPWP）的测量题项。该六大维度分别为：面向高绩效工作实践的员工招聘、培训与发展、绩效考核、薪酬奖励、员工参与，以及工作设计。
数据通过纸质自填式问卷采集获取。
本次调查的受访者为政府研究机构（Government Research Institutes, GRI）、高等院校、私营研发企业以及企业内部研发部门的研发项目负责人与成员。
