Whole genome sequencing of Shewanella sp. strain ISTPL2

For the isolation of psychrophilic bacterial strains, sediment sampleswere collected from Pangong Lake, Ladakh, Jammu and Kashmir, India. Samples were collected in the month of September 2016 in sterile, labeled borosilicate bottles, transported on ice and later stored at 4 °C until further analysis.
