Metagenomes and genomes assembled from soil, water, and sediment metagenomes from Salar de Ascotan. The metagenomes were sequenced by Illumina and Nanopore technologies, following hybrid assembly starting from long-reads. In total, the MAGs include 6 archaea and 101 bacteria

本数据集包含从阿斯科特盐沼（Salar de Ascotan）的土壤、水体及沉积物宏基因组中组装得到的宏基因组与基因组。该批宏基因组采用Illumina与Nanopore技术进行测序，并以长读长序列为基础开展混合组装。最终获得的宏基因组组装基因组（Metagenome-Assembled Genomes, MAGs）共计包含6个古菌与101个细菌基因组。
