Single-cell RNA-seq of CD27− or CD27+ hematopoietic stem cells (HSCs) isolated from 8-week-old wild-type mice Cells were first isolated from bone marrow of 8-week-old wild-type mice(LSKCD150+CD48-CD201+, ESLAMLSK), single hematopoietic stem cells ((LSKCD150+CD48-CD201+, ESLAMLSK) were then sorting based in expression levels of CD27 (CD27- or CD27+) and processed for STRT-seq (single-cell tagged reverse transcription sequencing) to generate high-resolution transcriptomic data.

本数据集为分离自8周龄野生型小鼠的CD27阴性与CD27阳性造血干细胞(hematopoietic stem cells, HSCs)的单细胞RNA测序(single-cell RNA-seq)数据。实验首先从8周龄野生型小鼠骨髓中分离得到LSKCD150+CD48-CD201+、ESLAMLSK细胞,随后基于CD27的表达水平对单个该类造血干细胞进行分选,分为CD27阴性(CD27-)与CD27阳性(CD27+)两组,再通过单细胞标签逆转录测序(single-cell tagged reverse transcription sequencing, STRT-seq)完成样本处理,以获得高分辨率转录组数据。
