Gene enrichment results for hibernation genes detected by differential methylation in big brown bats

This Excel file contains several sheets. The first sheet contains a list of genes annotated near a CpG site on the Horvath50KMammalianMethylationArray for Eptesicus fuscus and subsets of those genes that were near differentially methylated positions (DMPs) that increased from summer to winter (WinterUp) or decreased from summer to winter (WinterDown). Subsequent sheets provide results from enrichment analyses using Panther v16 for biological process, molecular function, protein class and cell compartment.
