Name of the jar with leaves decoration in Mnong language (Yang Tao)

Yo khoanh says the name of the big jars, used to make and drink wine and that have high meaning and value in the central highlands of Vietnam. These are not traditionally made by the potters of this village. YoK decided to imitate their shape. She started by making them small but now she can make large ones. MiK and MiX followed her, but they cannot yet make them large. Yang are traditionally used to make alcohol or fermented bamboo. They can be named by their decoration: “yang ha soi” has leaves in relief, as “ha soi” refers to some leaves from the forest.

Yo Khoanh介绍了这类大型陶罐的名称——这类陶罐用于酿制与饮用葡萄酒，在越南中部高原地区承载着极高的文化内涵与价值。此类陶罐并非该村落陶艺工匠的传统烧制制品。YoK决定复刻其形制，最初仅制作小型陶罐，如今已能够烧制大型成品。MiK与MiX效仿了她的创作思路，但目前仍无法制作大型陶罐。Yang传统上被用于酿制酒类或发酵竹制品。该类器物可依据装饰纹饰进行命名：带有浮雕叶片纹饰的被称为"yang ha soi"，因"ha soi"指代林间的特定叶片。
