Transcriptional regulation research in tomato roots

To investigate the transcriptional changes induced by the fer mutant in tomato roots, roots from 3-week-old seedlings of fer, cultivated in 1/2 Hoagland's nutrient solution, along with their respective wild-type control groups, were harvested. RNA-seq analysis was conducted with three biological replicates using the TruSeq RNA Sample Prep Kit.

为探究fer突变体诱导的番茄根系转录变化，我们收集了在1/2浓度霍格兰营养液中培养的3周龄fer突变体幼苗的根系，及其对应的野生型对照组根系。随后采用TruSeq RNA样本制备试剂盒，设置三个生物学重复开展RNA-seq分析。
