Compiled data is in the file: crStats.mat. All hummingbird and bat data is in the taxClass structure array (hummingbirds then bats respectively, in order of increasing mass). The individual species means and std are shown as well as the total hummingbird and bat mean and std.
Inside the species struct within taxClass, you can find the values for each individual of each species.
The 49 values we calculate are a 17,147 length vector. This corresponds to the statsTitles field in the plotInfo structure. The statsLength is the corresponding length of each statistic. Some values are a single scalar, while others are a 1001 length vector corresponding to a single wingbeat trace. The values that are a 50 entry vector are for each chord down the wing.
Also included are the .m files to generate the main figures which can be helpful to see how the data in crStats.mat is accessed.
