Rhinogobio ventralis Raw sequence reads

In this study, we conducted RNA sequencing on the skin tissues of Rhinogobio ventralis at three time points: prior to infection with Ichthyophthirius multifiliis, one week post-infection, and two weeks post-infection. The aim of this analysis was to investigate the changes in gene expression within the skin tissue of R. ventralis in response to infection by I. multifiliis.

本研究针对长鳍吻鮈（Rhinogobio ventralis）的皮肤组织，在三个时间节点开展RNA测序（RNA sequencing）：多子小瓜虫（Ichthyophthirius multifiliis）感染前、感染后1周及感染后2周。本分析旨在探究长鳍吻鮈皮肤组织在响应多子小瓜虫感染过程中的基因表达变化。
