Dynamic change of lymphocyte count in COVID-19 patients

Lymphopenia is associated with COVID-19 severity. Herein we describe the dynamic changes in lymphocyte count during hospitalization and explore a possible association with the severity of COVID-19.In this retrospective study, 13 non-severe COVID-19 patients diagnosed at admission were enrolled. One patient progressed to severe disease. Dynamic changes in lymphocyte count and CT score of all patients were analyzed.

淋巴细胞减少症（Lymphopenia）与新型冠状病毒肺炎（COVID-19）的病情严重程度相关。本研究描述了住院期间淋巴细胞计数的动态变化，并探讨了其与COVID-19病情严重程度的潜在关联。本项回顾性研究共纳入13例入院时确诊为非重型COVID-19的患者，其中1例病情进展为重型。本研究对所有患者的淋巴细胞计数动态变化及CT评分进行了分析。
