UTAUT2 dataset

Research Group 4 carried out a survey for collecting data and applying the extended Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 2 (UTAUT2) model to the persuasion stage of the diffusion of innovations, integrating additional constructs (compatibility, education, personal innovativeness, and cost perceptions) to capture contextual and socio-technical specificities of household energy decisions. Data were collected through an online survey in 2025 among potential adopters aged 30–59 (N = 353). The dataset was usd for the article titled "Technology acceptance of household-scale solar PV systems in Hungary and in Poland – a comparative analysis using UTAUT2".
