Monocyte Signatures In Maternal Stress

Monocyte transcriptional signatures and serum cytokines were analyzed from trauma exposed mothers prior to undergoing Child Parent Psychotherapy intervention for roughly 1 year. A higher M1/M2 ratio in the mothers pre-treatment predicted poorer response to treatment.
