Bacillus spp from sunflower root

The Bacillus spp were isolated from the sunflower roots. DNA extraction was done using a commercial DNA kit specific for bacterial or fungi. The extracted DNA was sent for the Whole Genome Sequencing at Inqaba Biotechnology, South Africa. The sequence analysis was done using online molecular server.

芽孢杆菌属菌株（Bacillus spp.）分离自向日葵根系。DNA提取采用针对细菌与真菌的商用DNA提取试剂盒完成。提取得到的DNA送往南非英卡巴生物技术公司（Inqaba Biotechnology）进行全基因组测序（Whole Genome Sequencing）。序列分析借助在线分子生物学服务器完成。
