These are the raw data for the manuscript by Soor and Tigert et al., "Changes in gill neuroepithelial cells and morphology of threespine stickleback (Gasterosteus aculeatus) to hypoxia and simulated ocean acidification". This data is included in figures 2, 4, 5 and 6. These experiments were to determine how both hypoxia and high carbon dioxide affects the changes of stickleback gills, looking at both neuroepithelial cells and changes in gill morphology.
