Ontological Deconstruction of the Fine Structure Constant
收藏资源简介:
The fine structure constant α ≈ 1/137 is regarded in standard physics as a fundamental dimensionless constant characterizing the strength of electromagnetic interaction. This paper, within the framework of World Quantum Theory (WQT), proposes an ontological deconstruction of α. Starting from the ontological definition of permittivity established in the companion paper [5], we derive an explicit expression for α in terms of the particle's kinematic ratio d/v: α = x · d / (4π · v) In the terrestrial electron environment (x = 2π): α = d / (2v) or equivalently: d / v = 2α ≈ 0.01459 This result shows that α is not an independent universal constant, but a reading of the radial-to-tangential ratio d/v of the particle. The numerical value 1/137 corresponds to d/v ≈ 0.01459 in the terrestrial electron environment — the particle is almost entirely tangential (moving), with only about 1.5% of its velocity in the radial (being) direction. We propose experimental tests for the environmental variation of α.
