Single-cell RNA sequencing: pancreatic islets from ND and HFD mice- ND data

This dataset contains single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) data generated from pancreatic islets isolated from mice maintained on a normal diet (ND) or an 8-week high-fat diet (HFD). The dataset was generated to characterize transcriptional heterogeneity within pancreatic islet cells and to assess changes in cellular transcriptional programs associated with HFD exposure.This file represents the ND mice files of the single-cell RNA-seq dataset.
