试验共设5个处理,每个处理3株芒果树,各处理组分别为:使用甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐推荐浓度(5mL稀释至3L水中)、展着剂Ⅱ系1克+85%甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐推荐浓度(4.25mL稀释至3L水中)、展着剂Ⅱ系1克+75%甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐推荐浓度(3.75mL稀释至3L水中)、展着剂Ⅱ系1克+65%甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐推荐浓度(3.25mL稀释至3L水中)和展着剂Ⅱ系1克+50%甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐推荐浓度(2.5mL稀释至3L水中),每株芒果树施药500mL。于2018年12月19日进行第一次施药,分别于2018年12月20日、12月21日调查每个株芒果树花簇中蓟马的数量,于2018年12月21日进行第二次施药,分别于2018年12月22、12月24日调查每个株芒果树花簇中蓟马的数量。
A total of 5 treatments were set up in the experiment, with 3 mango trees per treatment. The treatment groups included: the recommended concentration of emamectin benzoate (5 mL diluted into 3 L of water); 1 g of Spreader II plus the recommended concentration of 85% emamectin benzoate (4.25 mL diluted into 3 L of water); 1 g of Spreader II plus the recommended concentration of 75% emamectin benzoate (3.75 mL diluted into 3 L of water); 1 g of Spreader II plus the recommended concentration of 65% emamectin benzoate (3.25 mL diluted into 3 L of water); and 1 g of Spreader II plus the recommended concentration of 50% emamectin benzoate (2.5 mL diluted into 3 L of water). Each mango tree was sprayed with 500 mL of the prepared spray solution. The first application was conducted on December 19, 2018, and the number of thrips in the flower clusters of each mango tree was investigated on December 20 and December 21, 2018, respectively. The second application was carried out on December 21, 2018, and the number of thrips in the flower clusters of each mango tree was investigated again on December 22 and December 24, 2018, respectively.
