To study the transcriptomics profile of melanoma cells upon mcFAs administration, we stimulated A375 cells using octanoate for 48-hrs followed by RNA-seq analysis with 2 biological replicates. Overall design: Differential gene expression profiling to identify upregulated targets and gene signatures through GSEA analysis.

为探究mcFAs处理后黑色素瘤细胞的转录组学特征，我们以辛酸盐刺激A375细胞48小时，随后开展包含2个生物学重复的RNA测序（RNA-seq）分析。本数据集的整体实验设计为：通过基因集富集分析（GSEA）开展差异基因表达谱分析，以鉴定上调靶标与特征基因集。
