此条数据为科研、发表论文而使用。建立小鼠上颚黏膜缺损模型，并给予Sunitinib药物，构建药物诱导的口腔黏膜愈合障碍模型，造模14天后处死小鼠并收集局部组织，通过免疫荧光检测局部巨噬细胞的浸润水平。
This dataset is intended for scientific research and academic publication purposes. A mouse model of palatal mucosal defect was established, followed by administration of Sunitinib to construct a drug-induced oral mucosal healing impairment model. Fourteen days after model establishment, the mice were euthanized and local tissues were collected. The infiltration level of local macrophages was detected using immunofluorescence.
