The differentially expressed genes (DEGs) were determined using the DESeq2 package, with an adjusted p-value < 0.05 and the absolute value of log2 fold change ≥ 1. The enrichment analyses of DEGs were performed using the SRplot and Sangerbox platforms. Mitochondria-related genes (MRGs) were based on a previous study (DOI: 10.1186/s12967-023-04033-6), while ferroptosis-related genes (FRGs) were sourced from the FerrDb database. The overlap between DEGs and both MRGs and FRGs was delineated as key genes, which were used to construct the PPI network via the STRING database. This network was then imported into Cytoscape and analyzed with the Cytohubba plugin.

本研究采用DESeq2软件包筛选差异表达基因(differentially expressed genes, DEGs),筛选标准为校正后P值<0.05且log2倍变化绝对值≥1。针对上述DEGs的富集分析通过SRplot与Sangerbox平台完成。线粒体相关基因(mitochondria-related genes, MRGs)来源于既往一项研究(DOI: 10.1186/s12967-023-04033-6),铁死亡相关基因(ferroptosis-related genes, FRGs)则取自FerrDb数据库。将DEGs与MRGs、FRGs的共同交集基因定义为关键基因,随后通过STRING数据库构建该关键基因的蛋白质相互作用网络(protein-protein interaction network, PPI网络),将该网络导入Cytoscape软件,并利用Cytohubba插件开展后续分析。
