MY-CLIP verification study

Comparison between BrdU-CLIP and MY-CLIP for HNRNPU, and MY-CLIP performance for HNRNPC UV-irradiated HeLa cell samples were subjected to HNRNPU BrdU-CLIP and MY-CLIP to compare each productivity of the CLIP libraries, and HNRNPC MY-CLIP to validate its performance by comparison with previous reported HNRNPC CLIP study by using illumina MiSeq

为对比两种CLIP文库的构建效率，本研究针对异质性核糖核蛋白U（HNRNPU）分别实施溴脱氧尿苷交联免疫沉淀（BrdU-CLIP）与MY-CLIP，开展二者的对比分析；同时，针对经紫外线照射的HeLa细胞样本中的异质性核糖核蛋白C（HNRNPC）开展MY-CLIP实验，并将实验结果与已发表的采用Illumina MiSeq测序平台的HNRNPC CLIP研究进行比对，以验证MY-CLIP的实验性能。
