Effect of Pesticides on Soil Microbiome

This BioProject investigates the ecological effects of Single and combined pesticides exposure on microbial communities in agricultural soils. The study aims to evaluate how pesticides influence microbial diversity, suppress sensitive taxa, and promote the proliferation of stress-tolerant species. Using high-throughput sequencing, metagenomic profiling, and bioinformatics analyses, we explore community composition shifts, predicted functional metabolic changes, and adaptive resilience mechanisms.Findings from this research will enhance our understanding of soil microbiome responses to agricultural stressors and inform sustainable farming practices by identifying microbial indicators of ecosystem health and resilience.
