Data related to the identification and genomic characterisation of egoviruses

Databases our study used or generated include (1) all RNApolA proteins identified from the metagenomic survey, (2) Egovirales RNApolA proteins and major capsid proteins (MCPs) also identified from the metagenomic survey, (3) HMMs for the RNApolA and <i>Egovirales</i> MCP, (4) and the 57 Egovirales genomes &gt;50kb in length (including 13 complete genomes).

本研究使用或构建的数据库包含如下四类：(1) 由宏基因组调研鉴定获得的全部RNA聚合酶A（RNApolA）蛋白；(2) 经宏基因组调研同样鉴定得到的Egovirales RNA聚合酶A蛋白与主要衣壳蛋白（MCPs）；(3) 靶向RNA聚合酶A及Egovirales主要衣壳蛋白的隐马尔可夫模型（Hidden Markov Models，HMMs）；(4) 57个长度大于50kb的Egovirales基因组，其中包含13条完整基因组。
